对于我国这样一个具有悠久传统行政历史的国家而言,仅仅靠传统的思维定式、管理方式来控制或减少政府管理的不科学性,来降低行政成本是难以从根本上解决问题的。本文分析了西方的传统公共行政理论、新公共行政理论、新公共管理理论和新公共服务理论,在此基础上提出了西方行政管理理论对我国的借鉴意义。
For a country like China with a long history of traditional administration, it is difficult to fundamentally solve the problem by merely controlling or reducing the unscientific nature of government administration by means of traditional ways of thinking and management. This paper analyzes the western traditional public administration theory, the new public administration theory, the new public management theory and the new public service theory. On this basis, it puts forward the western administration theory’s reference to our country.
