思想政治工作坚持以人为本,首先应着眼于社会的可持续发展,为促进社会的可持续发展这个战略主题服务,以发展经济、全面提高人民生活质量为核心,保障人与自然、当代人与后代人的和谐共存;同时,保证经济持续、快速、健康发展,使自然资源和环境得到永续利用和保护。对专职思想政治工作者而言,以人为本的思想政治工作是社会主义核心价值观的具体实践。笔者通过论述以人为本与思想政治工作的关系,回顾党的思想政治工作的发展历史和作者在实践工作的体会,证明以人为本是企业思想政治工作的价值体现。
The ideological and political work should adhere to the people-oriented principle. It should first focus on the sustainable development of society, serve the strategic theme of promoting the sustainable development of society, and at the core of developing economy and comprehensively improving the quality of life of the people, guarantee that people and nature, the present and future generations Harmonious coexistence; the same time, to ensure sustained, rapid and healthy economic development, natural resources and the environment will be sustainable use and protection. For the full-time ideological and political workers, people-oriented ideological and political work is the concrete practice of the socialist core values. By discussing the relationship between people-oriented and ideological and political work, the author reviews the development history of the ideological and political work of the party and the author’s experience in practical work, and proves that putting people first is the value embodiment of the ideological and political work in enterprises.
