在市政工程管理工作中,工程预决算是工程造价管理工作的重点内容之一。工程预决算不仅是决定和控制工程项目投资的重要措施和手段,更是进行招标、考核企业经营管理水平的依据,这就要求工程预决算必须有高度的科学性、准确性及权威性。本文通过对市政工程预决算中存在问题的分析,提出了市政工程预决算的控制措施。
In the municipal project management, project budget is one of the key contents of project cost management. The project budget is not only an important measure and means for determining and controlling the investment in a project, but also the basis for bidding and assessing the operation and management level of an enterprise. This requires that the project budget must be highly scientific, accurate and authoritative. Based on the analysis of the existing problems in the municipal project budget, the paper puts forward the control measures of the municipal project budget.
