处在信息化时代的机械制造业,既面临着信.息产业和其它高技术产业的挑战,也存在寿以信息化带动和促进工业化、吸收和融入信息技术,从而实现产业升级、提升产业竟争力的机遇。为推进机械制造业企业信息化,使企业信息化成为企业提高竞争力,行业实现产业升级的重要途径,中国机械工业联合会专家委员会提出以下若干意见。
