1 过热原因 由于红旗150BS型推土机主离合器与后桥箱的机油冷却是靠发动机的水冷却循环实现的。而实际作业时,发动机的冷却水很难同时实现发动机机体及工作机油的散热。实践证明,当环境气温超过20℃时,其工作状态明显恶化,尤其在炎热的夏季更为明显。此时机体内的冷却水不仅不能实现冷却,反而促使发动机机体温度超常,严重时水温超过100℃。从而产生机油变稀、内泻严重、主离合器打滑、转向无力等现象。作业时,当操纵杆越过“死点”后,一松手便回自动回位,无法正常工作。此时须停车降温,并重新调整离合器。如此反复,不能满负荷工作,工作效率有时不足
1 Cause of overheating The oil cooling of the main clutch and the rear axle box of the Hongqi 150BS bulldozer is realized by the water cooling cycle of the engine. During operation, when the joystick crosses the “dead point”, it will automatically return to its original position and it will not work properly. Stop cooling at this time and readjust the clutch.
