眼望着极地海面上皑皑的巨大冰山,远水解不了近渴,人们十分着急。一些缺水国家动起了脑筋。海湾六个石油国家计划从北冰洋用船拖冰山到海湾,再融化成淡水。当然,这项计划很浪漫也很大胆,技术上难度不会小,用什么船,如何拖拉,一路损耗多少,花费多少,何日实施,等等,都令人关注。
Looking at the huge polar capped mountains on the sea, can not be far thirsty, people are very worried. Some water-scarce countries have started their brains. Six Gulf oil nations plan to frigate the Arctic ice-skating mountains to the bay and melt them into freshwater. Of course, this project is very romantic and bold. It is not technically difficult, what kind of boat to use, how to drag it, how much it costs, how much it costs, when it will be implemented, and so on.
