加入白口化元素迫使铁水凝固成白口,使铁水的冷却曲线被扭曲,并失去了热分析冷却曲线一些重要的特征点。用铁水凝固成灰口的冷却曲线上的5个特征点作为预报铁水化学成分的判据,可以提高预报成分的精度。化学成分C、Si和5个特征点的线性相关程度是不同的。其它化学成分和铁水重熔次数也影响预报成分C、Si的精度。还提出铁水白口化倾向的补偿当量的定量表示法。
The addition of whitening elements forces the molten iron to solidify into a white mouth, distorting the cooling curve of the molten iron and losing some important features of the thermal analysis cooling curve. Using the five characteristic points on the cooling curve of the molten iron solidified into an ash port as the criterion for predicting the chemical composition of hot metal, the accuracy of the prediction components can be improved. The chemical composition of C, Si and five feature points of the linear correlation is different. Other chemical composition and the number of hot metal remelt also affect the accuracy of the predictive components C, Si.
