为贯彻执行国家食品卫生标准及其管理办法,摸清我省主要食品的卫生质量状况,找出主要存在问题,有重点有步骤地使全省主要食品达到卫生标准要求提供科学依据,我所组织部分卫生防疫站,从1978年3月~1979年8月在全省6个地区10个市开展了食品卫生质量调查,共采集11类食品21个品种3,647份样品,并开展了某些项目专题调查,现将检验项目较完善的2,935份样品的调查数据整理分析。
