校企合作对高职旅游人才培养具有重要作用。本文通过对旅游高职院校、旅游企业、学生等方面的座谈访问、调查了解,分析目前校企合作高职旅游人才培养中出现的根本问题,以期对校企合作机制下的高职旅游人才培养问题做一些有益的探索。
