本文讨论了影响同轴靶响应的诸因素以及在离子束ns脉冲测量用同轴靶的设计中的主要问题。在此基础上制成了一个具有可变栅距结构的同轴靶。该靶适用于速度在宽范围内变化的各种离子,曾成功地用于测量β=v/c值低至6.5×10~(-4)的Ar~(+)束脉冲。该靶同轴结构的上升时间约为0.2 ns,曾用其观测到半高宽约为1ns的质子束脉冲。
This article discusses the factors that affect coaxial target response and the major issues in the design of coaxial targets for ion beam ns pulse measurements. Based on this, a coaxial target with a variable pitch structure was fabricated. The target is suitable for a wide range of speed changes of various ions, has been successfully used to measure β = v / c value as low as 6.5 × 10 ~ (4) of the Ar ~ (+) beam pulse. The target’s coaxial structure has a rise time of about 0.2 ns, with which proton beam pulses of about 1 ns FWHM were observed.
