高校文秘专业发展的制约与对策

文秘专业主要是培养具有现代秘书基本理论、基本知识和基本技能,具有较扎实的文学知识、较高的公文写作能力、较强的口头表达能力的应用型人才。毕业后,主要面向各级机关、各类企事业单位和公司文员、编辑、宣传、公关、文档等岗位。高校文秘专业在经济社会发展的新形势下面临着新的挑战。本文旨在从招生、制度、毕业实习三方面分析制约其发展的因素,从而找出对策,谋求其更好的发展。

Secretarial major is to cultivate practical talents with modern secretary basic theory, basic knowledge and basic skills, solid literary knowledge, high official document writing ability and strong oral expression ability. After graduation, mainly for all levels of government organs, various types of enterprises and institutions clerks, editors, publicity, public relations, documents and other positions. College secretarial professionals face new challenges under the new situation of economic and social development. This article aims to analyze the factors restricting its development from the three aspects of enrollment, system and graduation practice to find out the countermeasures and seek better development.
