为了适应新的管理要求,进一步转变管理理念,探索新的综合计划管理手段和方法,充分发挥综合计划在企业管理中的重要作用本文以综合计划管理理念及“五位一体”要素研究为基础,结合省级电力公司支撑机构的实际情况,对综合计划管理岗位“五位一体”进行深入应用,建立需求计划管理机制和履约计划管理机制,构建创新的综合计划管理模式,提升管理效率。
