质检系统经过多年的发展,已形成一套较为成熟的党员干部监督体系,但在新时期下仍暴露出监督动力不足、透明度不够、效果不明显等问题。本文从质检系统内部监督和外部监督两方面提出三点建议:完善内部监督制度,增强制度的完整性、科学性和权威性;加强政治思想教育,最大限度地调动和激发监督者的积极性和主动精神;拓宽监督空间,构建全方位的立体监督网络。
After many years of development, the quality inspection system has formed a relatively mature system of supervision over party members and cadres. However, in the new period, problems such as lack of supervision and motivation, lack of transparency and insignificant effects are still exposed. This paper puts forward three suggestions from the aspects of internal supervision and external supervision of the quality inspection system: perfecting the internal supervision system, enhancing the integrity, scientificity and authority of the system; strengthening political and ideological education, maximizing the enthusiasm of the supervisors and Take the initiative; broaden the supervision space, build a full range of three-dimensional supervision network.
