一、科学发展观是全面建设小康社会,加快推进我区现代化进程的行动指南科学的理论需要用科学的态度、科学的方法来理解和把握。学习和树立科学的发展观,要在以下几个方面下功夫。一是深刻认识科学发展观同毛泽东、邓小平、江泽民同志关于发展的重要思想和“三个代表”重要思想的统一性、历史继承性和开创性,在掌握科学的理论体系上下功夫。二是全面把握当今世界的经济特点及走势,特别是我国加入WTO后所带来的各种机遇和挑战,分析“两种资源”、“两个市场”在新形势下的具体状况和互补性,发扬马克思主义与时俱进的理论品质,在汲取人类关于发展的有益成果并力争为我所用上下功夫。三是系统了解改革开放以来特别是十三届四中全会以来我国经济社会发展的轨迹和所经历的阶段,深刻分析当前经济社会发展的新特点,
I. Scientific Outlook on Development: A Guide for Action in Building a Well-off Society in an All-round Way and Accelerating the Process of Modernizing Our Region Science theories need to be understood and grasped with scientific attitude and scientific methods. To study and establish a scientific outlook on development, we must work hard in the following aspects. First, a profound understanding of the concept of scientific development with Mao Zedong, Deng Xiaoping, Jiang Zemin’s important thinking on development and “three represents ” important thought of unity, historical inheritance and pioneering, in mastering the theoretical system of science work hard. Second, we must fully grasp the economic characteristics and trends in the world today, in particular the various opportunities and challenges brought by China’s accession to the WTO, and analyze the specificities of the “two resources” and “two markets” in the new situation State of affairs and complementarity, carry forward the theoretical quality of Marxism advancing with the times, draw lessons from the beneficial results of human development and strive to make the best use of it.
