南岗区是哈尔滨市的中心城区,人口92万,辖17个街道办事处和三乡一镇。两年来,针对区内企业多,下岗职工多,居民生活消费水平相对较高,社区服务需求量大的区情特点,以“阳光行动”为统领,以发展社区服务为切入点,以争创下岗职工全就业居委会活动为载体,把社区服务与再就业工作有机结合起来,形成以大力发展社区服务拉动再就业工程的工作格局,收到了明显成效。两年
Nangang District is the central city of Harbin, with a population of 920,000 and jurisdiction over 17 sub-district offices and three townships and one town.
