3月21日,墨西哥发生里氏7.8级强震,但震后“零死亡”的奇迹,举世称赞。究其背后原因,就是墨西哥政府在经历了1985年墨城地震的劫难后,吸取了教训,在提高建筑物抗震等级的同时,制定了全民的抗震预案,并将抗震教育融入居民日常生活中。我国也是多地震的国家,抗震避灾的工作尤为重要。为提高居民群众防震减灾意识,普及防震知识,我国不少城市社区都作了有益探索。无锡市金马社区的活动就是一个鲜活的例子?——
