黑龙江省是我国位置最北,纬度最高,气温最低的省份。平均气温,南北温差达16.2℃。我省采暖天数长达177～217天,采暖期平均气温为-8.5℃～-17.8℃。近几年来,城镇每年新建房屋建筑面积约1100万m~2,(其中住宅约750～800万m~2)。至1989年末,全省城镇房屋建筑面积有28611万m~2,其中住宅15750万m~2。按采暖方式分类,其中城市集中供热4150万m~2,小区锅炉房供热1126万m~2,分散锅炉供热14880万m~2,分散采暖(火墙,火炕,火炉等)8455万m~2。全省村镇房屋建筑面积为36018万m~2(其中住宅30053万m~2),分散锅炉供热约2312万m~2,分散采暖34706万m~2。
Heilongjiang Province is the province with the northernmost location, the highest latitude, and the lowest temperature in China. The average temperature, the temperature difference between the north and south reaches 16.2 °C. The number of heating days in the province is 177 to 217 days, and the average temperature in the heating period is -8.5°C to -17.8°C. In recent years, the urban new housing construction area is about 11 million m2 per year (including about 750 to 8 million m2 of housing). By the end of 1989, the province’s urban housing construction area had 286.11 million m2, of which residential buildings were 157.5 million m2. Classified according to heating methods, including 41.50 million m2 of urban central heating, 11.26 million m2 of heating in residential boiler room, 148.80 million m2 of distributed boiler heating, and distributed heating (fire walls, fire pits, stoves, etc.) of 8.45 million m. ~2. The building area of villages and towns across the province is 360.18 million m2 (including 300.53 million m2 residential), scattered boiler heating is about 23.12 million m2, and scattered heating is 347.06 million m2.
