用展成法制造齿轮,在牛头刨床和插床上都已有过应用;现在是介绍在万能铣床上用单刀展成法铣蜗轮。这个方法主要是根据展成原理和铣床机构的运动关系推导出来的,计算简单,操作容易。 (一)零件的配制 1)刀杆:刀杆有两种形式,第一种刀杆是用来铣制小模数的蜗轮。图中1是心轴,根据铣床主轴配制。2是夹头。3是刀杆,根据与被铣制蜗轮配合的蜗杆直径配制;如果蜗杆直径很小,那末刀杆可以做成两头大,中间小,这样可以增加刀杆的刚性。4是刀头,用螺钉固定在
