目的:运用高效液相色谱法测定苦丁茶中的槲皮素成分含量。方法:流动相选取甲醇-0.4%磷酸溶液(50∶50),色谱柱使用Kromasil C18色谱柱(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm),检测波长371 nm,柱温30℃。结果:苦丁茶中的槲皮素线性范围为5.98～47.84 g.mL-1,所得的回归方程为Y=7 750.68 X+1 196.33(r=0.999 7)。结论:苦丁茶中槲皮素的含量可使用该方法准确测定。
Objective: To determine the content of quercetin in Kuding tea by high performance liquid chromatography. Methods: The mobile phase consisted of methanol - 0.4% phosphoric acid solution (50:50). The mobile phase was Kromasil C18 column (4.6 mm × 250 mm, 5 μm). The detection wavelength was 371 nm and the column temperature was 30 ℃. Results: The linear range of quercetin in Kudingcha was 5.98 ~ 47.84 g.mL-1. The regression equation was Y = 7 750.68 X + 1 196.33 (r = 0.999 7). Conclusion: The content of quercetin in Kuding tea can be accurately determined by this method.
