《信托法》颁布实施以来,运用公益信托制度为公益事业服务而建立的组织并不多见,这足见我国在这方面的重视不够。公益信托在我国的《信托法》中得以确认并在实际的生活中得以运用,有助于推动我国公益事业的发展,缓解社会矛盾,解决人们面临的一些社会问题,起着日益重要的作用。调动全社会的力量,特别是民间的力量积极参与社会公共事业,公益信托制度在这方面是一项行之有效的制度。
Since the promulgation and implementation of the Trust Law, there are very few organizations established by using the public trust system to serve public welfare undertakings. This shows that our country lacks sufficient attention in this regard. Public trusts are recognized in China’s “Trust Law” and applied in actual life. It helps to promote the development of public welfare undertakings, ease social conflicts and solve some social problems facing people. It plays an increasingly important role. To mobilize the power of the whole society, especially the non-governmental forces, to actively participate in public utilities, the public trust system is an effective system in this respect.
