环境保护部日前发文,要求2014年起,国家重点监控的1.5万多家企业,须通过环保部门网络,公布排污信息,其中包括废水和废气的实时监控数据。拒不开展自行监测、排污信息公布不合格,或者开展相关工作存在问题且整改不到位的企业,环保部建议取消其政府采购资格。
Recently, the MEP has issued a document requiring that since 2014, more than 15,000 enterprises under key state control must pass through the network of environmental protection departments to release sewage information, including real-time monitoring data of wastewater and waste gas. Refused to carry out self-monitoring, sewage information published unqualified, or carry out related work problems and rectification is not in place, the Ministry of Environmental Protection proposed to cancel its government procurement eligibility.
