在学校文化的建设中,要结合本校实情,彰显学校特色。建设学校特色的同时,尤其要凸显儿童的个性。创设促进学生个性化的学校,需要从整体上孕育个性的空间。在塑造人的课堂上,教师的课堂教学应体现个性化,学生的学习要体现个性化,这样才能真正营造一个促进学生个性发展的开心校园。同时,也要注重学校的特色教育,创建因地制宜的办学特色,让学生得到真正的发展。
