目的判断免疫分型在形态学分类困难的白血病中的鉴别作用。方法应用一组敏感及特异的单克隆抗体,采用间接免疫荧光法测定白血病细胞表面标志。结果检测的白细胞表面均有明显的细胞系列特异性标志表达,其中急性髓细胞白血病(髓系组细胞)2例,其细胞分别表达CD13、CD33、和CD33、;前B-ALL1例(前B细胞),表达CD19、HLA-DR;B-CLL1例,表达CD9、CD10、CD19、CD20、Kappa,Ig轻链呈克隆性改变(Kappa+,Lamda-);3例杂合性急性白血病分别表达CD7、CD9、CD10、CD19、CD13、CD33;CD10、CD19、CD9、CD20、CD13、CD14、CD15、CD33、CD41b和CD7、CD9、CD10、CD19、CD13、CD15、CD33。结论免疫分型可提高白血病的诊断分型准确性,特殊类型的白血病的诊断必须依赖免疫分型。
Objective To determine the role of immunophenotyping in the differential diagnosis of leukemia. Methods A panel of sensitive and specific monoclonal antibodies was used to measure the surface markers of leukemia cells by indirect immunofluorescence. Results There were two distinct cell line-specific markers on the leukocyte surface. Among them, 2 cases of acute myeloid leukemia (myeloid cell line) expressed CD13, CD33 and CD33, respectively. One case of pre-B-ALL (Kappa +, Lamda -). The expression of CD19, HLA-DR and B-CLL in 1 case showed that the expression of CD9, CD10, CD19, CD20 and Kappa, , CD9, CD10, CD19, CD13, CD33; CD10, CD19, CD9, CD20, CD13, CD14, CD15, CD33, CD41b and CD7, CD9, CD10, CD19, CD13, CD15, CD33. Conclusion Immunophenotyping can improve the diagnostic accuracy of leukemia. The diagnosis of special type of leukemia must rely on immunophenotyping.
