档案的凭证属性来源于文件 ,我们却不能解析出文件和档案在凭证属性上的差异。因此 ,无论对于文件还是档案 ,凭证属性都不可能成为相互区别于对方的本质属性。
The document’s voucher attribute is derived from the document, but we can not resolve the differences in document attributes between the document and the document. Therefore, it is impossible for voucher attributes to be different from each other’s essential attributes for documents and archives.
