Starting June 2011 the SINOPEC Baling Petrochemical Branch Company has been applying its self-developed oxidation technology with oxygen-enriched air on the 100 kt/a cyclohexanone unit, resulting in smooth operation coupled with around 14% increase in production capacity, while the oxygen concentration in air stream is controlled at less than 24%, which is by 2%-3% higher than the normal oxygen content in atmosphere.
