为探索新型的我国涉外经济法学,宣传经济法律,普及涉外经济法律知识,全国14所大学合作,由暨南大学王何教授担任主编,编著了《中国涉外经济贸易法制管理》一书(法律出版社1991年11月第一版).这本专著受国家社会科学基金会资助,并已被定为高等学校法学教材. 首先,内容覆盖面大.这部书几乎将对外经贸领域中所有法学理论和实践问题都作了系统地阐述和概括,具有新体系、新内容、新观点,是一本研究我国涉外经济法学的拓新之作. 其次,体系严谨而新颖.本书开编涉外经济贸易的法制管理是本书的总论,进而则是本书的分论,内容详细、具体、充实,没有空泛之论.如中国投资的法律环境,先以一章叙述中国正在积极的改善投资环境,次章叙述中国对外国投资者的优惠和保障,继之一章阐述按国际惯例管理涉外企业,最后一章则在介绍我国经济特区建设的现状后,具
In order to explore a new type of China’s foreign economic law, publicize economic laws and popularize knowledge of foreign-related economy and law, 14 universities in China cooperate with Professor Wang He, who is the editor in chief of Jinan University, and edited a book entitled “Legal Management of Foreign-related Foreign Trade and Economic Cooperation in China” (Law Press First edition, November 1991).
