以Fe-22Mn高锰钢为研究对象,利用实验方法研究了室温和-70℃环境下该材料拉伸后形变组织形貌、加工硬化行为、强度及塑性。结果表明,在室温环境下,Fe-22Mn钢拉伸形变后发生α′-M相变,存在一定的TRIP效应,微观组织中存在细小形变孪晶,材料的力学性能提高。在-70℃环境下,材料拉伸未发生脆性断裂;由于奥氏体形变孪晶的存在,增加了加工硬化率,提高了材料的力学性能。
Taking Fe-22Mn high manganese steel as the research object, the deformation morphology, work-hardening behavior, strength and plasticity of the Fe-22Mn high manganese steel were studied by using the experimental method under room temperature and -70 ℃. The results show that there is a certain TRIP effect in the Fe-22Mn steel after tensile deformation at room temperature. There are small deformation twins in the microstructure, and the mechanical properties of the Fe-22Mn steel increase. Under the condition of -70 ℃, no brittle fracture occurred in the material drawing. Due to the existence of the austenite deformation twins, the work hardening rate was increased and the mechanical properties of the material were improved.
