于2010年9月—2011年6月,秋(9月)、冬(12月)、春(3月)和夏季(6月)4次测定海南东寨港红树林沉积物中的叶绿素a和脱镁叶绿酸含量。结果表明,沉积物中叶绿素a、脱镁叶绿酸的水平分布不同采样点差异明显。叶绿素a含量为1.59~6.82μg·g-1,平均值为2.98μg·g-1,随深度增加呈降低趋势。0~2、2~5、5~8 cm叶绿素a含量分别为1.59~6.82、0.70~5.93、0.60~4.49μg·g-1。叶绿素a平均含量的季节变化相似,叶绿素a最高含量,0~2 cm出现在9月(6.82μg·g-1),2~5和5~8 cm均出现在6月(分别为5.93、4.49μg·g-1)。沉积物中脱镁叶绿素酸的分布与叶绿素a的分布一致,含量为1.81~14.22μg·g-1,最高浓度值出现在2011年6月E站(14.22μg·g-1)。
The contents of chlorophyll a and chlorophyll in mangrove sediments of Dongzhaigang of Hainan Island were determined from September 2010 to June 2011, in autumn (September), winter (December), spring (March) and summer (June) Pheophorbide content. The results showed that there were significant differences in the distribution of chlorophyll a and pheophorbide between different sampling sites. Chlorophyll a content of 1.59 ~ 6.82μg · g-1, with an average value of 2.98μg · g-1, with decreasing depth of increase. The contents of chlorophyll a in 0 ~ 2, 2 ~ 5, 5 ~ 8 cm were 1.59 ~ 6.82, 0.70 ~ 5.93 and 0.60 ~ 4.49 μg · g -1, respectively. The seasonal variation of average content of chlorophyll a was similar. The highest content of chlorophyll a appeared in September (6.82 μg · g-1) at 0 ~ 2 cm and appeared in June at 2 ~ 5 and 5 ~ 8 cm (5.93 and 4.49 μg · g-1). The distribution of pheophytin in the sediments was consistent with the distribution of chlorophyll a, with the content ranging from 1.81 to 14.22 μg · g-1. The highest concentration appeared at station E (June 2011) (14.22 μg · g-1).
