我们报社举办短期业务培训班已经有几期了,通过培训,一批新编辑、新记者的思想和业务素质都有了一定的提高。学员们普遍反映,这种培训“形式好,时间短,收获大”。我们编辑部从1981年起,先后增加新成员七十五名(期中,大学毕业生四十四名,调进干部二十二名,从工人中送大专学校培训的九名),占总人数的四分之一强。编委会把他们大部分安排在采编第一线,放手使用,让青年人在实践中增长才干。这初步改变了编辑部成员严重老化的局面,也为报纸的深入改革注入了
