不确定度是与测量结果相联系的,用以表征测值的分散性。不确定度用以说明基准标准、检定测试水平,作为量值溯源的依据,表面测量设备的质量。一个测量结果,只有当知道它的测量不确定度时才有意义,才表明该测量结果的可信赖程度。在长度计量中,量块是进行量值溯源的主要途径。三等量块标准装置是采用比较进行量值传递的。即把被测量块与标准量块作比较,从而推算出被测量块的中心长度。量块检定原理如图所示:
Uncertainty is associated with the measurement results to characterize the dispersion of the measurements. Uncertainty is used to describe the benchmark, test the level of testing, as the basis for measuring the value of the quality of the surface measuring equipment. A measurement, only when it is meaningful to know the measurement uncertainty, it shows that the reliability of the measurement results. In the length measurement, the amount of block is the main way to trace the value. Three equal block standard device is used to compare the value of the transfer. That is, the measured block is compared with the standard block to calculate the central length of the block to be measured. Measuring principle block as shown:
