江西省农牧渔业厅受农业部科技司委托,邀请省内外科研及管理专家于1990年9月22—24日对江西省棉花研究所承担的优质棉基地县建设科技服务子专题(农-专-01-16)进行验收。验收组认真审阅了资料,考察了彭泽优质棉基地县及示范区的棉花长势,听取了执行单位的工作汇报和群众的反映,认为该子专题在省、市、县各级领导的重视和大力支持下,与科技推广部门紧密结合,经过四年的努力,主要技术经济指标均达到了合同任务规定的要求,同意验收。验收组认为:
