目的探讨阴茎背神经体感诱发电位(DNSEP)在早泄患者中的改变,并初步讨论 DNSEP 对早泄的临床诊断价值.方法对16例健康男性、16例继发性早泄(SPE)患者及33例原发性早泄(PPE)患者均行 DNSEP 检查,记录所有受试者阴茎体皮肤生物感觉阈值、DNSEP 的潜伏期及波幅.结果 PPE 组和 SPE 阴茎皮肤生物感觉阈值均低于健康对照组,然后 PPE 组与健康对照组比较,差异具统计学意义(P 0.05).PPE 和 SPE 患者的 DNSEP 潜伏期均明显短于健康对照组且差异比较均具统计学意义(P <0.001,P 0.05).结论 PPE 和 SPE 患者均存在阴茎高敏感性和高兴奋性.同时,DNSEP 的神经电生理检查可辅助鉴别出阴茎敏感性和兴奋性较高的患者,为选择对应的治疗方案提供了依据.“,”Objective To investigate the changes of penial dorsal nerve somatosensory evoked potential (DNSEP) among patients with premature ejaculation (PE), and evaluate its diagnostic value for PE. Methods DNSEP tests were performed in sixteen normal potent male volunteers, sixteen patients with secondary premature ejaculation (SPE) and thirty-three patients with primary premature ejaculation (PPE). The sensory thresholds of penile shaft, the latencies and amplitudes of DNSEP of all subjects were recored and analyzed. Results The sensory thresholds of patients with PPE and SPE were lower than that of the normal potent men, and a significant difference was found in the former (P0.05). The latencies of DNSEP were significantly shorter in the patients with PPE and SPE than that in normal subjects, respectively ( P<0.001, P0.05). Conclusion The patients with PPE or SPE had the characteristics of hypersensitivity and hyperexcitability of the penis which could be identified through DNSEP. It provided a way to choose the appropriate treatment for PE.
