针对列车悬挂控制系统中控制器设计的复杂性,利用SIMULINK建立了17自由度的列车整车横向振动模型,引入了PID型广义预测(PID-GPC)半主动控制原理和控制策略,将半主动悬挂与被动悬挂在横向加速度、横向位移、横向振动速度以及平稳性上进行比较分析,结果表明,采用PID-GPC半主动悬挂装置能有效抑制车体的横向振动,提高列车的运行平稳性和舒适度。
Aiming at the complexity of controller design in train suspension control system, a 17-degree-freedom train vibration model is established by using SIMULINK. The PID-GPC (semi-active control principle and control strategy) is introduced. Semi-active The results show that the semi-active suspension device with PID-GPC can effectively restrain the lateral vibration of the vehicle body and improve the running stability and comfort of the train degree.
