在水生环境的调查研究中,进行溶解氧(DO)、总有机碳(TOC)等有关测定是很重要的。地表水中的DO浓度是河流中生物活性的一个显著指标。DO值可用来评价河流的水质,优质的地表水中溶解氧应接近饱和状态。水中的值可影响多种离子的氧化还原状况如硝酸盐、铵、疏酸盐、亚疏酸盐、二价铁和三价铁。但这种作用对那些有机质含量高的黑水河流并不显著。可见水中DO值可以改变河流水中的养分动态。本项研究的内容是:(1)测定小河流域中的九个二级流域河水(排水河流)的溶解氧(DO)的季节性变化; (2)与其他黑水等河流进行DO模型比较; (3)对一概地区应用DO模型进行评价;(4)测定河流水中总有机碳(TOC)的运载量;(5)比较河流水温的J变异性与流
In the investigation of aquatic environment, it is very important to carry out the determination of dissolved oxygen (DO) and total organic carbon (TOC). DO concentration in surface water is a significant indicator of biological activity in rivers. DO value can be used to evaluate the water quality of rivers, dissolved oxygen should be close to saturation in good surface water. The value in water can affect the redox conditions of many ions such as nitrate, ammonium, sparselysilicate, subsorarate, ferrous and ferric. However, this effect is not significant for those Heishui rivers with high organic matter content. Visible DO in the water can change the nutrient dynamics in river water.
