目的:分析六安市2008～2011年度围生儿出生缺陷的发生情况及相关因素。方法:对2008～2011年六安市7家出生缺陷监测医院上报的34 478例围生儿中发现的309例出生缺陷资料进行回顾性分析。结果:2008～2011年六安市围生儿出生缺陷发生率为89.62/万,低于全国和安徽省平均水平,且呈逐年下降趋势;出生缺陷顺位近4年排序改变较大,神经管畸形和脑积水的发生率明显下降。结论:加强出生缺陷的三级预防工作,可有效降低出生缺陷发生率和围产儿死亡率。
Objective: To analyze the incidence and related factors of birth defects in perinatal children in Lu’an from 2008 to 2011. Methods: The data of 309 cases of birth defects found in 34 478 perinatal children reported by 7 birth defect monitoring hospitals in Lu’an City during 2008-2011 were analyzed retrospectively. Results: The incidence of perinatal birth defects in Lu’an City was 89.62 / million from 2008 to 2011, which was lower than the national average and Anhui Province, and showed a declining trend year by year. The order of birth defects changed greatly in recent 4 years. The incidence of deformity and hydrocephalus decreased significantly. Conclusion: The tertiary prevention work to strengthen birth defects can effectively reduce the incidence of birth defects and perinatal mortality.
