According to news from the seminar on summary of rural hydropower electrification construction in China, the rapid development of China’s small and medium-sized hydropower and rural hydropower electrification is expected. By the end of this year, 630 counties in the country will achieve primary electrification of rural hydropower. According to statistics, the current installed capacity of hydroelectric power generation in China has exceeded 3.0 million kilowatts, accounting for more than 40% of the installed capacity of hydropower in the country, and the annual power generation capacity has exceeded 100%.
