以乳酸钠为催化剂,研究了乳酸合成丙交酯过程中温度、压力、催化剂用量、脱水时间等因素对丙交酯产率的影响。用熔点测定仪和红外光谱仪对丙交酯进行了表征。对乳酸低聚物的形成和裂解作了分析。结果表明,乳酸钠具有良好催化效果,丙交酯初产率达81%,最佳反应条件分别是:催化剂用量1.5%,脱水阶段温度130℃、真空度-0.030MPa,脱水时间3h,裂解阶段应在230℃和-0.095MPa下反应3h。
Using sodium lactate as catalyst, the effects of temperature, pressure, amount of catalyst and dehydration time on the yield of lactide were studied. Lactide was characterized by melting point and infrared spectroscopy. The formation and cleavage of lactic acid oligomers were analyzed. The results showed that sodium lactate had a good catalytic effect. The initial yield of lactide reached 81%. The optimal reaction conditions were as follows: catalyst dosage 1.5%, dehydration temperature 130 ℃, degree of vacuum -0.030MPa, dehydration time 3h, The reaction was performed at 230 ° C and -0.095 MPa for 3 h.
