1案例资料1.1临床表现及治疗经过某女,25岁。因“腹胀、恶心、呕吐三日伴腹泻”入院,诊断为慢性浅表性胃炎;返流性食管炎。肠系X线检查考虑小肠梗阻。入院第31天行小肠钡灌造影数字成像检查,局麻后插管至十二指肠升段,共注入硫酸钡造影剂约700m L,检查中有少量钡剂从口角流出,透视见少许钡剂误吸入肺(检查持续30min)。1h后患者出现心慌、胸闷、气促,血压90/50mm Hg,呼
