以三七片口服作对照，对自行研制的自控消肿仪治疗四肢外伤性肿胀的疗效进行了临床观察。结果显示，两组在显效率上有显著性差异（Ｐ＜０．０１）。认为，该消肿仪的设计符合“肌肉泵”的工作原理，通过收缩所产生的大于静脉压的作用力，替代并增强了骨骼肌的挤压作用，提高了伤肢的静脉压，从而加速了静脉回流，改善了伤肢的血液供应，促进了炎性介质的运转和吸收，加速了肿胀的消退和疼痛的缓解
Taking oral tablets as a reference for thirty-seven patients, the self-developed self-control swelling apparatus was used to treat the traumatic swelling of the extremities. The results showed that there was a significant difference in the apparent efficacy between the two groups (P<0.01). It is believed that the design of the detumescence apparatus is in line with the working principle of the “muscle pump”. The force greater than the venous pressure produced by the contraction replaces and enhances the squeezing effect of the skeletal muscle and improves the venous pressure of the injured limb, thereby accelerating The venous return improves the blood supply to the injured limb, promotes the operation and absorption of inflammatory mediators, accelerates the regression of swelling and relieves pain.
