用索氏提取法提取,甲酯化处理后采用气相色谱-质谱联用技术首次对4个品种桂花(Osmanthus fragrans Lour.)脂肪酸成分进行分析,并对其α-葡萄糖苷酶抑制作用进行研究。从白洁、败育丹桂、佛顶珠和金桂中分离鉴定了41个化合物。其中,(Z,Z,Z)-9,12,15-亚麻酸和棕榈酸分别是白洁(8.68%,7.99%)和败育丹桂(10.36%,8.14%)中的主要成分;佛顶珠中主要成分是22,23-二羟基-豆甾醇(11.09%),(3β,24Z)-豆甾-5,24(28)-二烯-3-醇(11.07%);金桂中主要成分是(Z,Z,Z)-9,12,15-亚油酸(10.81%),棕榈酸(9.67%),9,12-亚油酸(8.20%)。白洁和佛顶珠均具有良好的α-葡萄糖苷酶抑制作用,其IC50值分别为165.41mg/L和158.62mg/L,远低于阳性对照Acarbose(1081.27mg/L)。该文报道工作的新颖性已为河南大学图书馆2009年8月19日出具的第CX2009081901号《科技查新报告》所证实。
The fatty acid composition of Osmanthus fragrans Lour. Was analyzed by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC-MS) for the first time after being extracted by soxhlet extraction and methyl esterification treatment. The inhibitory effect of a-glucosidase was also studied. A total of 41 compounds were isolated and identified from Baijie, Abortive Osmanthus, Capsicum and Jingui. Among them, (Z, Z, Z) -9,12,15-linolenic acid and palmitic acid were the main components of Baijie (8.68%, 7.99%) and abalone (10.36%, 8.14% The main components in the top bead are 22,23-dihydroxy-stigmasterol (11.09%), (3β, 24Z) -somatost-5,24 (28) -dien-3-ol (Z, Z, Z) -9,12,15-linoleic acid (10.81%), palmitic acid (9.67%), 9,12-linoleic acid (8.20%). Both Baijie and Fudou Zhu showed good inhibitory effects on α-glucosidase with IC50 values of 165.41 mg / L and 158.62 mg / L, respectively, which were far lower than those of the control (1081.27 mg / L).
