2005年,石景山古城街道十万平社区开创了本市“公推直选”的先河,以党员直接选举的方式产生了社区党组织负责人。此次选举,也拉开了古城街道18个社区党组织换届全部采取“公推直选”的序幕。在近5年的时间里,古城街道党工委在改革社区党组织选举方式,扩大党内基层民主,推进和谐社区建设方面进行了探索,逐渐形成了一套比较成熟的选举制度。
In 2005, the Shijingshan Shicheng Sub-district of Shifenping Community created the precedent for the “public direct election” of the city and the leader of the community party organization by the direct election of party members. The election, but also opened the ancient city streets 18 community party general election to take all the “public direct election ” the prelude. In the recent five years, the party committee of the ancient city streets explored ways of reforming the election of community party organizations, expanding grassroots democracy within the party and promoting the building of a harmonious community, and gradually formed a relatively mature election system.
