The “Balanced Activity Act” is based on the theory of communicative principles and discusses how to achieve a balance in these activities from the perspective of classroom activities conducted by students. The “Balanced Activity Act” believes that the teacher’s task is to ensure that students participate in a variety of activities that contribute to language acquisition and language learning. The teaching plan should achieve a balance between language input practice and communication output.
