President Truman’s message to the parliament is a testimony to the need for the United States ruling bloc to impose a new heavy burden on the working people. In order to realize the aggressive plans of the U.S. imperialists, the measures taken by President Truman give the possibility of expanding aggression not only in North Korea but also in other parts of the world. Truman demanded that Congress reinstate $ 10 billion for military purposes to lift the original restrictions on the U.S. Armed Forces and allow the Department of Defense to announce the “may need” mobilization.
