作者用比色法同时测定80只正常和80只荷瘤小鼠肝中荧光产物含量和血中CAT,GSH-px,SOD酶活性的变化。结果表明,蚯蚓提取物灌胃后,使正常小鼠肝中荧光产物含量由0.73减至0.60nmol硫酸奎宁/mg组织(P<0.05);血中CAT,GSH-px,SOD酶活性分别由41.99增至47.63μg/mg—Hb(P<0.05),由107.30增至142.78μmol-GSH/ml·min(P<0.05),由14.96增至17.28μg/ml(P<0.01),提示蚯蚓提取物的抑瘤作用机理之一可能与清除自由基有关。
The authors used colorimetric method to simultaneously measure the content of the fluorescent products in the liver of 80 normal and 80 tumor-bearing mice and the changes of CAT, GSH-px and SOD activities in blood. The results showed that the content of the fluorescence product in the liver of normal mice decreased from 0.73 to 0.60 nmol/kg of quinine sulfate (P<0.05) after intragastric administration, and the activity of CAT, GSH-px and SOD in blood were determined by 41.99 increased to 47.63 μg/mg-Hb (P<0.05) and increased from 107.30 to 142.78 μmol-GSH/ml·min (P<0.05), from 14.96 to 17.28 μg/ml (P<0.01). One of the mechanisms of anti-tumor effects of substances may be related to the clearance of free radicals.
