某电厂运煤公路沿线一侧的路灯高杆灯、地下电力电缆,经常性地被过往的重型运煤卡车碰撞、碾断,造成该路段的路灯不能够正常运行。通过对事故的勘察、分析,利用进厂运煤公路沿线的地形、地貌环境,制定出了车与灯的隔离改造计划,对运煤公路的进出车辆与沿线路灯设备进行彻底隔离,实现运煤公路的进出车辆、路灯设备的本质安全。
