随着我国经济水平的提高,人们的生活水平也越来越好,因此对于生活质量的要求也越来越高,对于房屋建筑的居住的舒适度要求也越来越高,而防水工作关系到建筑的正常使用以及使用寿命,因此必须加强房屋建筑的防水设计,避免出现房屋渗漏问题。房屋建筑工程屋面防水渗漏问题,主要是由于房屋建筑工程在防水设计方面存在问题,整体防护措施没有做好。因此必须及时采取有效措施进行控制和处理,全面提升房屋建筑工程屋面的防水效果,加强对屋面防水施工的质量控制工作。
