众所周知,煤矿辅助运输是指材料、设备、人员的运输。解放40年来,我国辅助运输机械的发展比较缓慢,至今大多数矿井仍然停留在小绞车多段接力运输和人推肩扛的局面,不仅占用辅助人员多,而且运输事故不断发生。兴隆庄这座我国年产350万t(吨)的现代化矿井,辅助运输工人竟占井下工人的35~40%。随着综合机械化采煤技术的迅速发展,重型化、大功率设备相继出现,安装一个综采工作面就需人工8000,辅助运输的落后巳成为现代化矿井发挥生产能力的严重阻力。
