目的 :我们采用先进的自动控制技术、膜分离技术、精滤、双级反渗透和紫外消毒系统研制出全自动封闭式医用纯水制备系统。解决了基层医疗卫生单位医疗用水的困难。方法 :采用全程自动化控制、封闭式结构设计 ,由原水预处理系统、软化器、精滤、双级反渗透、紫外消毒系统、水质检测系统和压力贮水系统组成。并实行 2 4小时开机 ,无人值守。结果 :通过半年多运行观察 ,设备工作稳定 ,使用极其方便 ,完全可靠 ,水质经检测完全达到医用蒸馏水的标准要求。结论 :该套设备技术先进 ,设计合理 ,质量可靠 ,自动化程度高 ,具有省工、节能、无污染的特点 ,是基层医疗卫生单位理想的制备医用纯水的设备。
Purpose : We developed a fully automated closed medical pure water preparation system using advanced automatic control technology, membrane separation technology, fine filtration, two-stage reverse osmosis and UV disinfection systems. Solve the difficulties of medical water use in basic medical and health units. Method: Adopting full automatic control and closed structure design, it consists of raw water pretreatment system, softener, fine filtration, double reverse osmosis, UV disinfection system, water quality detection system and pressure storage system. And implement 24 hours boot, unattended. Results: After more than six months of operation, the equipment is stable, extremely easy to use, and completely reliable. The water quality has been tested to meet the standard requirements of medical distilled water. Conclusion: This set of equipment has advanced technology, reasonable design, reliable quality, high degree of automation, and has the characteristics of labor saving, energy saving and non-pollution. It is an ideal medical water purification equipment for primary medical and health units.
