新中国的建立已经四十年了,而以中国共产党领导的革命则有近七十年的历史了。在这七十年的历史坐标上,曾留下了无数宏伟的革命史诗,记下了无数伟大的业绩,可是这一切,在建国四十年来的银幕上,并没有能够形成一幅幅波澜壮阔的画卷给后人,这实在是电影工作者的一桩憾事。直到中华人民共和国即将迈入不惑之年的前夕,革命历史题材影片才有了开拓性意义的突破,以《百色起义》、《巍巍昆仑》、《开国大典》为代表的一批具有史诗性的巨片正在涌现。据悉,今后三年中,各电影厂的创作规划也将焦点对准了革命历史题材的影片,无疑,这一历史的画卷将要掀开灿烂辉煌的一页。对此,作为一个观众,我想就革命历史题材电影创作艺术之外的问题谈几点意见。第一,要有规划。拍摄革命历史题材影片一般耗费颇巨,国家投资较大,因此,有关部门对每年上马的此类影片要有一个规划,作出安排,避免同一历史事件或人物的影片在不同的生产厂家同时开拍,造成
