作者报道用吡喹酮治疗55例急性日本血吸虫病患者的疗效。除 1例外,均退热至正常,总的粪便毛蚴孵化阴转率为90.4％。其余7例用硝硫氰胺治疗者退热较慢,亦能使粪便毛蚴孵化阴转,但副作用较大。
The authors report the efficacy of praziquantel in the treatment of 55 patients with acute Japanese schistosomiasis. Except for 1 case, both were fever to normal, the total fecal miracidia hatch negative conversion rate was 90.4%. The remaining seven patients treated with nitrosated dithiocarb were slow-acting, and they also allowed the hatch of fecal miracidosis to be reversed, but the side effects were greater.
